Helping Those Who Read Your Articles “Take Action” Is Worth Talking About!
When a visitor to your articles finishes reading, what they do next is the most important aspect of that information? Why? because your article was written for a specific action purpose. I invite you to try a demonstration for yourself at the end of this article.
The “Call To Action” is crucial to successful Article Marketing!
Remember this! You know specifically what you want your reader to do, your reader does not until you tell them, they have to read, understand and agree with you. So you have to appeal to their common interest and prove to them or take them by the hand if necessary to follow your line of reasoning so the “call to action” step makes sense for them to take.
Certainly readers desire to be shown what to do clearly, that’s not a secret. Most feel they just need to know what’s needed and they’ll handle the rest. Once they have the understanding, their desire to find satisfaction for their initial search and curiosity will take over.
For example: The last purchase you made, did you walk the aisle to find what you went for? Did you ask a sales rep a few comparison questions and based on the response compare a few of the items on the shelf for the best fit?
Then did you pay attention to the benefits on each package and weigh those against each other to decide which to try first. Then if that doesn’t pan out you have in mind the product that stood out as an alternative choice. All the way home you can’t wait to see if you found what you need to satisfy the reason for your search.
“You have to “answer yes” to all of these, it’s common to shopping and we all do it on autopilot.”
Article marketing follows the same pattern only we must help readers take this progression to see benefits and the logical reasoning with words and then take the “Call To Action” step based on their own informed decision.
